I feel like I’m the only one who’s interested in the outrageous ad prices that magazines charge. This is how print stays in business, and it has nothing to do with how many people buy the magazine, because the magazine only makes back a tiny fraction of the cover price. The distributor and every shop that stocks the magazine take a percentage. And if you charge $10 per issue, you’re SOL when it comes to collecting back physical sales (which takes a full year by the way).
